Hello World, Keep Staring Maybe I'll Do A Trick

Hello World,  My name is Shawna Hunter-Flint just your average happily married 39 year old mother of 2....who has a disfigured face.  Yes a face that cannot hide in the crowd, a face that people remember but not always for the good and a face that rude people like to stare at or say rude things about.  A face that I cannot hide.  
You see at the age of 17 I was working at grocery store when a teenage girl came in with another girl to rob us.  It was a busy friday night, like always, it was a cold January evening in Columbus Oh.  While I was checking out a man the girl, 14 years old, pulled out a sawed off shot gun.  As I was giving her the money the gun went off while it was sitting on my lower jaw.  I passed out for about 10 seconds, long enough to fall to the floor, and she ran out the door.

Now I would like to tell my story where I am today, Oct 21 2013.
I had over 100 surgeries and am awaiting the biggest one yet.  I have very little lower jaw on each side left, no teeth, my bottom lip is turned inside and I have lots of scars all over my body from where they have taken bones ( I feel like Ms. Potato Head and her bucket of parts.)  
I will  soon have a titanium lower jaw placed along with skin, tissue and arteries from my thigh to cover inside and out. The surgery is expected to take several hours and I will spend 5 to 7 days in the hospital if everything goes ok.  I will have a feeding tube for 2 to 3 months and will have a trach placed while I am in the hospital.
